As I pondered the decision on starting a blog, I came up with a multitude of topics for my first blog post where I would come crashing onto the scene, spitting out knowledge left and right and take the technology blog world by storm. Then, I realized (thanks to my main man Jared a.k.a. Goose) that nobody knows who the hell I am, so - here we go.

By creative definition via the 2point4ward.com website, I am considered as follow:

When not strategizing though, he finds time for yet another passion – CRM development. Utilizing customer relationship management programs such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics, Jesse likes to push these platforms in unique and innovative ways to help clients gain further control over their leads and sales channels.

With over 14 years of development experience and seven of those including business management, Jesse is truly a diamond in the rough. The cornerstone of Jesse’s success has been the elemental understanding of client's’ needs and his ability to render those needs into first-rate results. Now that we have that out of the way, let's get after it. My main passion lies in innovating against the norm, taking the "can't", "won't", and "it's always been done this way" and using that to motivate innovation and a culture of new thought! More often than not, this motivation turns into new, cutting edge solutions that are innovative by nature and functional by design.

Who am I?

By day, I am Jesse Dickert, Enterprise Software for Rehrig Pacific Company where my team and I strive to bring as much innovation as possible to our solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform. We find unique ways to utilize the platform to solve each and every business need that is brought in front of us.

By night, I am known as Maverick, Co-Founder and President of 2point4ward, LLC where my counterpart Goose and I thrive on creativity as it relates to all aspects of the business. Stay lean, stay creative, and thrive by innovation.
